The summary of the files of Marian Spychalski’s case was prepared by lieutenant colonel Jan Orlinski, the prosecutor of the Chief Military Prosecutor’s Office. He claims that the investigation was carried on during the detention of the suspect, although, the most important circumstances, indispensable to make decision in that case have not been known yet. He notices that gathered evidence is objectionable, and indicates that interrogated people, suspects and witnesses were questioned under pressure, among other Wacław Dobrzyński (who died during questioning), or Wiesław Sobierajski. According to the investigating officers’ statements Spychalski was forced to sign protocols that had been prepared by investigating officers and were not based on real interrogation. Subsequently he analyses the results of the investigation in the following cases: cooperation with Aleksander Hrynkiewicz, the attitude of Spychalski to the Party and the Military Staff GL, personnel policy in the Polish Army, cooperation with conspiracy in the army, contacts with the British Ministry of Foreign Affairs by the agency of Józef Kuropieski, charges based on the statements of Wiesław Sobierajski.
